Sichuan TV Festival

Founded in 1991, the biennial Sichuan TV Festival (SCTVF) is the leading international content market and awards in Asia. It is hosted by the State Administration of Radio, Film and Television (SARFT) and Sichuan Provincial People’s Government and organized by Sichuan Radio, Film and Television Bureau and Sichuan Radio & Television.

Throughout the twenty year History of the festival, it has encouraged the participation of media companies, associations and cultural representatives from around the world. It has become one of the most reputable TV festivals and the most effective platforms to access the most updated TV and film marketing information in China and Asia. It is dedicated to discovering new topics, creating new content, introducing new formats, and offering new services.

Time: In the afternoon of November 11th, 2011 Venue: New Exhibition Center (century city), Hi-tech Zone, Chengdu. The events on campus for the 2011 (11th) Sichuan TV Festival (SCTVF) were successfully held from Nov 8 to 11, in a welcoming and enthusiastic atmosphere. This year the festival was supported by eight colleges, including the Radio and Film College of Chengdu University of Technology, Communication Art and Science College of Chengdu University of Technology, Art and Communication College of Southwest Jiaotong University, Journalism and Communication College of Sichuan Normal University, Film and Television College of Sichuan Normal University, Jincheng College of Sichuan University, Art School of Chengdu University, and the Sichuan Vocational College of Culture Industries.
